Karachi Kitchen is a mom and daughter business featuring foods that were inspired by Kausar’s grandmother while growing up in Pakistan.

Guests will enjoy a 5-course dinner featuring some of these dishes and will have the opportunity to purchase Karachi Kitchen spice blend sand chutneys to bring the experience home.

Chef Kausar’s professional trajectory has been dedicated to using food as a catalyst for change, with a focus on empowering women and girls in Pakistan and Seattle. We are excited to share her delicious foods and stories and hope you can join us!
