A meeting for any land managers, organisations or civic groups interested in improving the water environment in the Upper Thames catchment, which includes the Churn, Coln, Head of the Thames, Cole, Wiltshire Ray and tributaries.
This meeting will focus on the possible arrival of wild beavers in the Upper Thames, following an application to Natural England for a wild release in the Wey catchment, Surrey.
Outline agenda
9.30 arrivals, drinks, pastries
10.00 Presentations: beavers on farmland and beaver ecology, followed by a talk from Graham Scholey, Environment Agency.

We plan to offer an optional walk around Cerney Wick after lunch, TBC.
Our previous meetings have been very popular and the meeting space for this event has limited capacity. In order to leave sufficicent spaces for land managers, please delegate attendance to a limited number of representatives from the same organisation or group.
