Join us for in our Gateway to Translation (G2T) webinar, on Wednesday 15th October 2025 at 2pm. Our guest speaker is Dr Alan Griffith, Head of CDMO Global Operations at VectorBuilder Ltd. VectorBuilder is a global company providing complex support for the development of gene delivery technologies, covering virtually all research and clinical needs from bench to bedside. In his talk, Dr Griffith will cover practicalities in translating novel gene therapies from lab bench to the patients, with particular emphasis on using appropriate gene delivery methods.
About the Gateway to Translation (G2T) webinar series
The “Gateway to Translation” (G2T) webinar series is a joint initiative between the University of Cambridge (Cambridge Academy of Therapeutic Sciences, CATS) and the University of Manchester (Translation Manchester). The aim of these monthly webinars is to stimulate the translation of research into the clinics by educating academics about trends, technologies and research in the commercial sphere and by facilitating collaborations between academia and the medtech, biotech and pharma industry sectors.
