Learn how to move beyond basic map viewing and start using today’s leading mapping and land intelligence tools with confidence.
In this practical workshop, real estate professionals will learn how to:
✅ Locate parcels and review property boundaries
✅ Build custom maps and property tours
✅ Add layers, photos, videos, notes, and key property features
✅ Analyze soils, flood zones, wetlands, crop history, timber, elevation, and ownership data
✅ Review comparable land sales and support valuation discussions
✅ Create reports, branded maps, and client-ready presentations
✅ Use mobile and offline tools for fieldwork and property showings
The course includes two focused segments:
Land id®: Custom maps, property tours, branding, embedded maps, field tools, 3D mapping, print maps, and visual property storytelling.
Acres.com: Parcel research, ownership data, land analytics, comparable sales, valuation support, prospecting, reports, and due diligence workflows.
A practical “how-to” workshop designed to help real estate professionals create better maps, analyze land more effectively, and present property information with greater confidence. Students will receive 3 Hours of continuing eduction credit for the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC).
