I am pleased to now offer a course in life drawing!

This is a block booking so please make sure that you can attend all classes before purchasing. No experience in life drawing needed, we will have a mixture of male and female models. 
It will comprise of several short drawing studies eventually leading to a few longer sittings. I will be available to guide you as much or as little as you would like. 

The dates are:

25th March 9am - 12pm

1st April 9.30am - 12.30pm

8th April 9.30am - 12.30pm

22nd April 9.30am - 12.30pm

*Please note the slightly earlier time of the first class  

NO materials are provided, but tea and coffee will be. 

Suggested equipment:

• Easel and a sturdy board to tape paper. 
(I will provide tape if anyone requires it) 

• Paper or cardboard. I myself will be using a selection of recycled material from my home and coloured papers. 

• Pencil, pens, ink, crayon, charcoal,  chalk, whatever you’d like to try. Future classes will have medium suggestions but not today. 

• Putty rubber, pencil sharpener, large soft brush.  


Please arrive on time, you will have 15 minutes to set up your work station. (Please let me know if you require help in doing so) 

• Tables, small table easels and chairs are available on request.

Please note that Gail Davis - The Art Studio will not be held responsible for any belongings/clothes damaged during class, you attend at your own charcoal covered risk.

Cancellation policy - This is a small Life drawing class with hired models, so refunds wont be available if you fail to attend, but please feel free to send someone in your place.
