I am pleased to be back with the 2nd  course in life drawing!

You now have the option to book the block of four or individual classes.

No experience in life drawing needed, I will be available to guide you as much or as little as you would like, taking you through the original teachings of life drawing. We will have a mixture of male and female models, partially clothed and nude. 
It will comprise of several short drawing studies eventually leading to one longer sittings. 

The dates are:

27th May 9.30am - 12.30pm

3rd June 9.30am - 12.30pm

10th June 9.30am - 12.30pm

24th June 9.30am - 12.30pm

*Please note that there is no life class on the 17th June. 

NO materials are provided, but tea and coffee will be. 

Suggested equipment:

• Easel and a sturdy board to tape paper. 
(I will provide tape if anyone requires it) 

• Paper or cardboard. I myself will be using a selection of recycled material from my home and coloured papers. 

• Pencil, pens, ink, crayon, charcoal,  chalk, whatever you’d like to try. Future classes will have medium suggestions but not today. 

• Putty rubber, pencil sharpener, large soft brush.  


Please arrive 15mins before class to set up your work station. (Please let me know if you require help in doing so) 

• Tables, small table easels and chairs are available on request.

Please note that Gail Davis - The Art Studio will not be held responsible for any belongings/clothes damaged during class, you attend at your own charcoal covered risk.

Cancellation policy - This is a small Life drawing class with hired models, so refunds wont be available if you fail to attend, but please feel free to send someone in your place.
