Good Afternoon Lords and Ladies,
Welcome to Galaxy Dreams Maid Cafe!
We are a pop up Maid Cafe based in NC, USA! A Maid Cafe is essentially a cute anime-themed tea party! You are invited to spend a fun, relaxing afternoon with us while our cute and modest in-character Maid staff will serve you drinks and snacks, and provide entertainment with games and a dance performance as your hosts for a tea party!
You may have seen us host demo booths at several markets, conventions and festivals, and a few small boba shop pop ups! We are regularly seen around the Carolinas, with event highlights such as Animate! Anime Convention in Raleigh NC, Ichibancon Anime Convention in Concord NC, The Anime Flea Market at Anime Paradaisu Raleigh NC, The Irmo Cherry Blossom Festival in Irmo SC and more!

Event Details
For this pop up, we will be partnering with Augusta Anime Fest on November 15th, 2025! Come enjoy the activities and vendors offered at the convention, and make sure stop by the maid cafe booth to recharge with snacks, drinks, and enjoy the entertainment provided by Galaxy Dreams!
Please note that you must purchase a separate Augusta AnimeFest convention ticket / badge to enter the event. Maid Cafe tickets are a separate purchase from the convention entry tickets. You can find more information about this event's entry ticket sales here: http://augustaanimefest.com/
We will be offering these session times:
11:15am-12:05pm
12:20pm-1:10pm
1:40pm-2:30pm
2:45pm-3:35pm
We will also have a general booth open to sell merchandise, snacks, and drinks separate from the maid cafe experience from 10am-5pm.
One ticket into the event includes: a seating for your selected 50 minute session, a drink, entertainment provided by Maid Cafe staff via games and a dance performance, and a picture with your Maid on your own device. We have Memento (Chekki) Polaroids available, as well as merch and other fun items you can take home at additional cost! You can add on drinks & snacks to your ticket as well! Tickets cost $16!

Event Menu
Our menu changes with the season, and with what the venue allows us to serve. For this event, we will be serving our Autumn snack menu.
Drinks (Incl w ticket)
- Hot tea! Flavors available: Jasmine Green Tea, Breakfast In Paris Tea (black tea with lavender), Peach Green Tea, and Cozy Cinnamon Vanilla (caf free)
- Hot Cocoa (mix has sugar in it)
- We will also have sweeteners and cream pods available to make your drink how you like it! :)
Sweets ($5 add on)
- Assorted mochi (gf) (strawberry, grape, &/or mango flavors) - 4 pcs
- Japanese sweet bread ( chocolate, coffee, or matcha flavors) - 1 pc
- Chocopie (chocolate, or matcha flavors) - 1 pc
Able to serve our menu as supplies last. Some menu items may sell out quickly.
We will try to accommodate the most common dietary restrictions, but aren't always able to. Thus, snacks are optional for this event to add on. Most snack items are not sugar free or gluten free.
General Information
Our event is child-friendly! Children two years old or older must have their own ticket and sit in their own seat. Children under two years old are free with their parent or guardian's ticket and may either sit in their parent's lap or sit in a stroller next to the parent's seat. We do not provide high chairs. If you have a child three or younger, we recommend you bring a toy or activity that can keep them occupied at the table. We do offer coloring sheets and a magnet play board for children, but these aren't always suitable for toddlers and infants.
Due to limited seating, we reserve the right to seat you with other parties if the table is not full. Tables typically seat up to 6-8 guests each, but may vary depending on the event. For this event, we will have 3 tables seating 8 persons each that will that seat up to 24 per session.
We encourage our guests to have fun dressing up at our events in either Japanese fashion dresses, semi-formal, or cosplay, although casualwear is okay!
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to park and check in for your session! We will start on time, and will not wait for those who are late. When checking in, please bring up your QR code in your confirmation email after ticket purchase to scan! You may either print it out beforehand, or present it on your smart phone. If your QR doesn't load - that's ok, we can check you in by looking up your name on the order. :)
Gratuity Policy
Our staff would appreciate tips! If you feel our staff has performed well and would like to tip them, you may cash tip or send their tip to our PayPal along with a note of whom the tip is for so they can receive it. We do not allow staff to share their personal information for their own safety and privacy. Thank you!
Refund Policy
Can’t make it to an event, or the time doesn’t work out?
If you let us know at least 72 hours (3 or more days) before the event, then you can get a full refund to the original method of payment. If you have to cancel between 72 hours to 24 hours (1-3 days), then you can receive a partial refund (50%). Cancellations within 24 hours of the event (day of or day before) are non refundable. This is because our catering and materials are typically already ordered within 3 days of an event, and to respect the time of our staff who expect to serve a certain amount of pre-registered guests. Refunds may take between 1-5 days to deposit to your account dependening on your bank's processing times and it's opening hours. Please be mindful it may take longer during holidays.
Exceptions to this policy:
If you pre-ordered a merch item, you may be able to be refunded for your add-on merch and chekkis.
If your ticket is for is a multi-day and multi-session event such as a convention or festival, we may be able to transfer your ticket to another available day/time slot. Just let us know if that’s what you prefer
If the event has been cancelled, we will give full refunds to everyone for that event minus the credit card processing fees, or if an event is rescheduled we will reach out via email to confirm if you would like to go to the new event date or if you'll need to cancel we can issue a full refund minus credit card processing fees.
