!!Attention!! This particular event is only available to Ichibancon Convention Attendees. You must have a valid 2026 badge or pass for the convention in order to participate in this maid cafe event!

Ichibancon admission and Maid Cafe admission are separate. Patrons of the Maid Cafe must have a valid 2026 Ichibancon admission to participate.

When selecting a ticket, keep in mind the following:

• Pay attention to the day you’re selecting, and the timeslots! It’s important to come to the correct session, and book yourself during a time you plan to attend the convention!
• We highly recommend booking your session with a friend! The Maid Cafe is best experienced with friends to join you! Double check with your friends that you are booking the same sessions day & time slots! You can come independently and make friends of course too!
• Due to limited seating, we reserve the right to seat another party at your table if is not full. Tables will seat 8 guests each.

Every Ticket Includes:

• Seating for the 60 minute session you purchased on your ticket.
• Tea service! Try out some tea or cocoa in our cute little cups :)
• Watch our Maid staff perform a cute dance!
• Play games and activities with our Maid staff and your tablemates.
• One memento picture with your Maid on your own personal device, if desired.

This year we will be hosting a Maid Cafe AND a Manga Cafe!

The Maid Cafe is a ticketed experience where attendees can enjoy drinks and snacks, games, and other entertainment hosted by the Maid staff. You can expect it to be a cute, themed environment with kawaii music, tabletop games, and a jpop or kpop dance performance. Teas and entertainment will be included in the ticket, and special drinks and snacks can be added on for a small fee.

The Manga Cafe is perfect for an evening coffee or tea while reading a new manga to get into (or reading an old one for nostalgia) with a relaxed setting for reading. We will have slightly dimmed lighting, chill music, and plenty of manga to peruse distributed on each table. There are no performances, but Maid Cafe staff will be serving drinks and snacks. The Manga Cafe requires no tickets, you can freely enter and leave as you choose. The only requirement is a purchase of a drink or snack to partake of the Manga Cafe. Friday night only.

Tea Service - Comes with Ticket for Maid Cafe. $5 for Manga Cafe.

Select teas as available. Green Tea, Lavender Black Tea, Lotus Tea, and Cozy Cinnamon Vanilla Tea.

Hot Cocoa or Hot Coffee ($5 add on) in 12oz cup. Sweeteners and Cream available. Optional Pumpkin Spice or Vanilla flavor.

Girl Scout Menu

Girl Scout Cookie Sampler Platter - Enjoy 6 cookies on a platter. Choose either a Chocolate Platter (Thin Mints, Exploremores, Adventurefuls) or Refresher Platter (Trefoils, Lemonades, Caramel deLites).

Trefoil Trifle - A 12 oz cup filled with banana pudding, sliced banana, and Trefoil cookies.

Exploremores Smores - Enjoy a few lightly toasted smores composed of Exploremores cookies, chocolate, and marshmallow. 

General Information

Our event is child-friendly! Please be mindful that while many of our events are child-friendly, they are not catered for children as most of our patrons are adults. Children two years old or older must have their own ticket and sit in their own seat. Children under two years old are free with their parent or guardian's ticket and may either sit in their parent's lap or sit in a stroller next to the parent's seat. We do not provide high chairs. If you have a child three or younger, we recommend you bring a toy or activity that can keep them occupied at the table. We do offer coloring sheets and a magnet play board for small children, but these aren't always suitable for toddlers and infants.

Due to limited seating, we reserve the right to seat you with other parties if the table is not full. Tables typically seat up to 4-8 guests each, but may vary depending on the event. For this event, we will have 3 tables seating 8 persons each that will that seat up to 24 per session.

We encourage our guests to have fun dressing up at our events in either Japanese fashion dresses, semi-formal, or cosplay, although casualwear is okay!

Please arrive 5 minutes early to check in for your session! We will start on time, and will not wait for those who are late. When checking in, simply let us know your party name and how many are in your party - we'll check you in! 

Gratuity Policy

Our staff would appreciate tips! If you feel our staff has performed well and would like to tip them, you may cash tip or send their tip to our PayPal along with a note of whom the tip is for so they can receive it. We do not allow staff to share their personal information for their own safety and privacy. Thank you!

Refund Policy

Tickets are non-refundable within 3 days of an event. Add-on items are refundable.

Can’t make it to an event, or the time doesn’t work out?

If you let us know at least 3 or more days before the event, then you can get a full refund to the original method of payment. Cancellations within 3 days of the event are non refundable for tickets, but you may get add-on items refunded. We do count the event day with our 3 day policy.

Refunds may take between 1-7 days to deposit to your account depending on your bank's processing times and it's opening hours. Please be mindful it may take longer during holidays.

Exceptions to this policy:

If your ticket is for is a multi-day and multi-session event such as a convention or festival, we may be able to transfer your ticket to another available day/time slot. Just let us know if that’s what you prefer. 

If the event or session time has been cancelled, we will give full refunds to everyone for that event minus the credit card processing fees, or if an event is rescheduled we will reach out via email to confirm if you would like to go to the new event date before issuing a refund.

Special exception for Ichibancon attendees: If you have had to cancel your attendance at the convention entirely, you can forward us your Ichibancon badge refund/transfer confirmation, then we will issue a full maid cafe ticket refund. Refunds will not be issued after the convention weekend is over. You must email us by 5:00pm Sunday 2/15 to receive a refund.

You can find the Maid Cafe in the Blueridge Room, which is just up the grand staircase of the hotel side of the Convention Center. You can also take the elevator to Floor 2 in the main hotel lobby, then walk around to the other side of the hallway to find the Blueridge Room. Please check in at the registration table before entering the Maid Cafe.
