This practical workshop is designed for Volunteer Managers and Volunteer Coordinators who want to strengthen how they design, write and promote volunteer roles within their organisations.

Attractive, clear volunteer roles are key to recruiting the right volunteers and supporting meaningful engagement. This session will provide hands-on guidance and practical tools to help you:

• Write clear, attractive and inclusive role descriptions

• Align roles with organisational needs and volunteer motivations

• Improve how roles are presented to support recruitment

• Reflect on good practice in volunteer role design
