Volunteer Managers Connect

VMA Connect is a monthly drop-in support space for Volunteer Managers and Volunteer Coordinators to connect, share challenges, and access practical support around volunteer management.

This session is designed as a mix of workshop-style input and coaching, offering participants the opportunity to:

• Discuss current volunteer management needs and challenges

• Get support to identify and develop volunteer roles

• Learn how to create attractive volunteer roles

• Explore recruitment strategies

• Gain practical tips on supporting and managing volunteers effectively

Whether you’re new to volunteer management or looking to strengthen existing practice, VMA Connect provides a supportive and practical space to learn, reflect and connect with others in similar roles.

Who Should Attend:
Volunteer Managers, Volunteer Coordinators, and staff or volunteers involved in managing volunteers across community and voluntary organisations.
