Volunteer Managers Connect: Special Focus on Seasonal & Christmas Roles

VMA Connect is a monthly drop-in support space for Volunteer Managers and Volunteer Coordinators to connect, share challenges, and access practical support around volunteer management. Are you part of a community group, charity, or voluntary organisation planning to recruit and welcome volunteers this festive season? If you're considering creating new volunteer opportunities and involving volunteers in the lead-up to Christmas and into the New Year, we'd be delighted to support you. Join our Volunteer Manager Connect,  a coaching style session designed specifically for organisations in the education and youth sector.

This session is designed as a mix of workshop-style input and coaching, offering participants the opportunity to:

• Discuss current volunteer management needs and challenges

• Get support to identify and develop volunteer roles

• Learn how to create attractive volunteer roles

• Explore recruitment strategies

• Gain practical tips on supporting and managing volunteers effectively

Whether you’re new to volunteer management or looking to strengthen existing practice, VMA Connect provides a supportive and practical space to learn, reflect and connect with others in similar roles.
