It’s the next new thing which will solve our problems, improve our relationships, make us happy or fulfil all our dreams…. we’ve all heard the promises in adverts and the like, but fads come and go and are often quickly forgotten.

What about a tried and tested method though, which has been with us for over two thousand years? We can explore the methods which actually guarantee to give us the happiness we all wish for. In this series of classes, the benefits of following a true path through the inspiration of a reliable guide will be explained, and how by engaging in positive thoughts, speech and actions will bring us to pure happiness – guaranteed!

These classes are suitable for everyone, and no previous experience is needed. You can start coming to classes at any time and can attend as many sessions as you wish. Each class is self-contained.

Class Format and Fees

Each class is self-contained. Everyone is welcome. This class is only available to watch live, you will only be able to view it whilst it is being streamed and will not be able to view it at a later time or date.
