  Garba Flow continue with their sell-out, flagship weekly fitness classes!

Whether you are a beginner, a fanatic, never heard of Garba before or know lots about it - we've got something for everyone!

Garba with us every TUESDAY for 12 weeks from April to June 2026, 8.00pm - 9.00pm!

Classes start 7th April and end on 23rd June, every Tuesday!

Get your Garba Glow on with fun and positive vibes! We'll be working on building your confidence no matter what your ability is! 

In these classes, we will be teaching a variety of sequences and steps, focusing on fitness building, stamina and technique.

Our team of Instructors come from a background of Gujarati Folk Dance/Choreography, Stage Performance, Music Production, and Music Video Direction!
