  Garba Flow are back in HOUNSLOW with their sell-out, flagship weekly fitness dance classes!

Whether you are a beginner, a fanatic, never heard of Garba before or know lots about it - we've got something for everyone!

Garba with us every MONDAY for 12 weeks from July to September 2026, 8.00pm - 9.00pm!

Classes start 6th July and end on 21st September, every Monday!

Get your Garba Glow on with fun and positive vibes! We'll be working on building your confidence no matter what your ability is! 

In these classes, we will be teaching a variety of sequences and steps, focusing on fitness building, stamina and technique.

Our team of Instructors come from a background of Gujarati Folk Dance/Choreography, Stage Performance, Music Production, and Music Video Direction!
