Festival Ticket Terms & Conditions:
By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Line-Up & Event Changes
We aim to deliver the best possible festival experience. However, all artists, performers, and set times are subject to change without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control. Such changes will not qualify for a refund.

2. Outdoor Event & Weather Policy
This is an outdoor event, and as such, weather conditions are beyond our control. The event will go ahead in most weather conditions, and we will always do our best to ensure the experience remains safe and enjoyable for all attendees.

Unfavourable weather conditions will not be grounds for a refund.

3. Ticket Types & Age Restrictions
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to select the correct ticket type for their age category. Proof of age may be required upon entry. Incorrect ticket types may result in refusal of entry without refund.

All attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+) to gain entry to the event. We reserve the right to refuse admission at our discretion where appropriate.

4. Official Ticket Source
Tickets must be purchased via Ticket Tailor, our only authorised ticketing partner. We cannot guarantee the validity of tickets purchased through third-party sellers or unofficial platforms and accept no responsibility for such purchases.

5. Ticket Scanning & Group Bookings
All tickets will be scanned on entry. If tickets are purchased as part of a group booking, it is your responsibility to ensure each attendee has their individual ticket prior to arrival. Entry will not be permitted without a valid ticket.

6. No Refund Policy
All tickets are non-refundable. This policy allows us to plan and deliver a safe and enjoyable event for all attendees. Optional payment protection may be available at checkout—please review the provider’s terms carefully before purchasing.

7. Safety, Conduct, Alcohol & Drug Policy
This is a family-friendly event. Anyone found supplying or attempting to supply alcohol to individuals under the age of 18 will be removed from the event immediately without refund.

The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Anyone found engaging in such activity will be removed from the event without refund and barred from future event and be reported to the relevant authorities.

8. Photography & Videography
Photography and video recording will take place throughout the event. By attending, you consent to being photographed and filmed. These images and recordings may be used by the event organisers for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without compensation.

9. Family-Friendly Environment
We warmly welcome families to our festival. All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Children under 12 must not be left unattended anywhere on site, including designated children’s areas. The safety and wellbeing of minors remains the responsibility of their accompanying adult.

10. Compliance with Event Rules
Failure to comply with these terms and conditions, event rules, venue regulations, or instructions from staff may result in refusal of entry or removal from the event without refund.
