Kate Bradbury: evening talk, Wildlife Gardening

We’re so happy to confirm that renowned garden writer, author and TV presenter Kate Bradbury is coming to the Garden House to give a special talk on how gardens, no matter how small, can be used to connect to the wider landscape as part of larger rewilding/restoration efforts.

Kate is an award-winning writer specialising in wildlife gardening and the author of One Garden Against the Worlds and her memoir The Bumblebee Flies Anyway. She's the Wildlife Editor of BBC Gardeners' World Magazine and has a regular Country Diary column in The Guardian.

Be inspired by the simple steps that can help increase your garden’s potential to support wildlife and why it matters.   

Kate will explain how our outdoor spaces can become ‘stepping stone habitats’ - as a source of food for hungry migrants, helping certain species on their way and creating corridors between nature reserves and larger wildlife-rich areas.
