🌱Microgreens exhibition, which will also be used as ingredients in the dishes;

Gastro Performance — a conceptual pop-up, where you cook together with the Chef and his assistants. You dive into the world of professional cuisine and create a full three-course dinner paired with drinks in the format of a "Chef's Table".
