Winery, Vineyard & Tasting Experience

Your guided walk takes you on foot through all three blocks — Park, Home, and Hope — with the wine-maker explaining the thinking behind each site: the soils, the slopes, the four classical grapes planted to express them. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Blanc, set quietly into the heart of the island. The walk continues into the winery itself, where the estate's first vintages have been made, from hand-picked fruit to finished bottle.

The experience culminates in a guided flight of three wines from the 2025 inaugural harvest — the first bottles the estate has produced, including the Rosé de Saignée and the Pinot Blanc. The tasting is served alongside small sharing boards, brought through as pairings to bring out each wine in turn.
