We're aware that some people have long distances to travel to the Annual Meetings, which can make it difficult to get there in time for the start. Others might just like to be able to travel up the day before and relax overnight, without having the pressure of having to travel on the start day.

We are therefore offering people the chance to book to come up and stay B&B the night before the Meetings (3rd April). By booking through us, we would hope to be able to allow you to remain in the same room for the main conference. 

There will be no formal programme on the 3rd, but you will have full use of the hotel facilities and will have a chance to meet Unitarian friends old and new.
The options are for a single room at £95, or a double room at £105. If you need a family room, please contact the Organiser directly (amason@unitarian.org.uk).

All bookings are subject to the hotel's availability. Bookings close on 14 March 2024 - EXTENDED.

Please be aware that the conference will not start until the 4th, and you will therefore be responsible for your own travel to the venue on the 3rd - there will not be coaches from the station on the 3rd. If you wish to have dinner onsite on the 3rd, or lunch onsite on the 4th, you can simply go to the bar to order food.
