Complete Your LMNY25 Registration - Stage 2

This is Stage 2 of your registration for LMNY25.

Once you have paid for your ticket for LMNY25, you need to choose and pay for your room with Gaunts House to complete your booking.

Your payment to Gaunts House includes four nights accommodation and full vegetarian board, covering:

• December 29th, 2025: Dinner on arrival
• December 30th, 2025 – January 1st, 2026: Three meals per day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
• January 2nd, 2026: Breakfast and lunch

Teas, coffees, and filtered water will be available throughout the day.

Room Selection

Standard Rooms with shared bathrooms are either in the main house or the recently refurbished stable block.

• Quad Rooms £375 per person
• Triple Rooms £395 per person (sold out)
• Twin Rooms £445 per person (sold out)
• Double Rooms £890 for two people (£445 per person) (sold out)

Standard Rooms with en-suite or private bathrooms are located in either the main house or the recently refurbished stable block.

• Twin Rooms £485 per person (sold out)
• Double Rooms £970 for two people (£485 per person) (sold out)
• Single Rooms £545 (sold out)

Premium Rooms with en-suite bathrooms are nestled in the main house, offering a truly grand and unique stay.

• Single Rooms £595 (sold out)

Gaunts House is a charming and rustic country estate. It's nestled within many acres of beautiful, natural grounds that give the house and gardens an atmosphere of deep reverence and peace. Take a gentle stroll to the thousand-year-old Chestnut Tree in the parkland beyond the lake. Wander through ancient Ashton Wood to 'Starhenge', Gaunts millennial peace garden, or explore the arboretum in Lewens Park. Closer to home, a walkable Labyrinth beckons, and nearby, a shaded Fire-Pit sits just beyond the woods.

Inside the Main House

The Ground Floor has various spaces to gather in groups, including a drawing room, a library, and an impressive ballroom and conservatory. The formal dining room will offer room to gather to eat as a group. A tea station by the garden door is available at all times.

Upstairs, all premium rooms are located on the first floor, each with a private en-suite bathroom. On the second floor, you'll find a choice of twin, triple, and quad bedrooms, with bath and shower rooms located nearby. For those with accessibility needs, the main house offers a spacious en-suite bedroom situated on the ground floor.

The Stables

A few minutes' walk from the main house, the newly refurbished Stables offer an additional ten en-suite bedrooms and a further three bedrooms with access to shared shower rooms.

The Barn Theatre

Nestled quietly near the main house, the theatre, with a sprung wooden floor, offers another space for group gathering and also to run yoga, dance, and physical workshops.
