The special exercises of TantraYoga are therefore the best preparation for the sexual act and for life as a whole, which can also be understood as perpetual re-creation from moment to moment. Surrounding

Ischia – the evergreen, healing island, full of plants and vegetation, surrounded by the azure blue sea. Everything blossoms and smells great: Lemons, oranges, olive trees, tendrils and palms are thousand fold scattered in this "Oasis of Inspiration". The sharp edged rock formations contrast with the elemental force portrayed in primary rocks. Natural springs, grottoes, bath bays - warm, gushing, pulsating and full of energy. An island for the senses!

Course and contents

• The days start with active and silent meditation.
• After breakfast a morning session follows with dance, movement, yoga, body-, breath- and energy work and lasts until around 1.30 pm: We will take stress and tensions out of the body, wake up the erotic energy in the pelvis and connect in the so called "HeartWave" with a partner.
• On one of our days you also get familiar with deep relaxation in warm thermal water: You learn to receive and to give a relaxing partner session. This and the other programs might also inspire you how to spend the leisure.
• The afternoons are for your personal leisure: Walking, bathing in the sea, driving outside with a boat or just lying in the sun and being alone... Many things are possible at our place.
• In the evening we will meet for massages, meditations and rituals and we'll enjoy our gathering.
• Conversations and discussions will help you to integrate your experiences with your everyday life at home, providing ideas for post-holidays practice and the ongoing inclusion of GAY-TANTRA in your daily routine.

Location/Accessibility:

The town of Forio, in the west of the island, is the Mediterranean setting for 'In Sun, Wind & Waves'. One of the most beautiful strips of Ischia's coastline, the golden sandy beach of Citara, is one of the pride of the municipality.

Embedded between the azure green sea and the foothills of Mount Epomeo, between palm trees, olive trees and blooming nature, we find somewhat hidden the Hotel Ideal, a well-kept 3*** hotel in family ownership. It is characterized not only by its quiet location, but also knows how to enchant with its wonderful garden, above which hovers the scent of citrus fruits.

Pure wellness is also well cared for: the two pools, a large one with water at ambient temperature and underwater massage for those who adore bubbles in the water and with counter-current swimming for those who do not want to give up the movement. The smaller pool is also equipped with an underwater massage and the water reaches a temperature of 38°C, ideal for relaxation. Both pools are fuelled exclusively by thermal water and are surrounded by a solarium with sun loungers and umbrellas, in the middle of the lush garden, an oasis of peace and tranquility.

We can look forward to charming, well-kept and comfortably furnished standard double rooms with balcony/terrace, without or with charming sea view on the bay of Citara and the bay of San Francesco. The double rooms are all equipped with air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, shower and toilet.

At the same time, the position of our hotel is not only a place of tranquility. It is also a gateway to countless adventures and island explorations: The bus stop of the bus lines is almost in front of the door. And whether bathing at various beaches, hiking on Monte Epomeo, shopping in the boutiques of St. Angelo, visiting impressive gardens or thermal baths - countless discoveries are possible spontaneously without much organizational effort, if the mood takes you.

Accommodation and Meals

Accommodation/half board costs EUR 100 per day/person in a standard double room or EUR 110 in a standard double room with sea view, plus EUR 30 if used as a single room. The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation prices.

The catering is provided by the chef Pepe Castiagna: masterfully he conjures up dishes as they are typical of Ischia's cuisine and likes to use organically grown ingredients from his own garden.

The booking of room and transfer as well as the payment is done AFTER the seminar registration/ our reconfirmation directly at the Hotel Ideal (a contingent is pre-reserved for us. Note: advance requests will not be answered by the hotel). 

Composition of the group:

Your short answers to seven questions will help Armin to get to know you in advance and to put together your seven-day-group in the best possible way. Please download the questionnaire, answer honestly and send it before/shortly after your registration. Armin will treat the questionnaire confidentially and answer you personally.

Arrival:

You will arrive individually by plane, train, bus or car. Your first destination is Naples.

Flight:

You can find numerous cheap airlines that fly directly to Naples on the airport website.
From the airport, a taxi will be organised to take you to the ferry and then directly to Forio and our Hotel*** Ideal of Sant'Angelo (single ticket for 2 people or more: EUR 45).

Train:

We recommend the night train from Munich in a sleeping car (2 to 3 persons) or couchette car (4 to 6 persons) all the way to Rome. Here, too, you can get cheap tickets if you book early (3 months in advance). Change trains in Rome and continue to Napoli Centrale (about 2 hours by train). There too, take an organised taxi directly from the train station and continue by ferry to the island and from there directly into our hotel.

Individual:

You can also organise the transfer from the airport/railway station to the hotel yourself, "Italian adventure" not excluded:

From the airport/railway station, take the Alibus to the Beverello (port): Cost: EUR 5. You take a ferry to Ischia, no matter which destination there (optimal: Forio): Cost: EUR 20 (speedboat EUR 29). Once on Ischia, take a bus on the CS line (circular line) and get off at the bus stop close to Hotel*** Idal: Cost: EUR 1.60.
