On August 9, it will be 65 years on earth since the light incarnated in me, Armin.
Looking back, I know that I have been on the path back to this light since the age of 14 at the latest.

Today - in deep joy and gratitude that I have found this peace and that it surrounds me and you every day - I would like to cordially invite you to celebrate this special moment with me.

📅 Sunday, August 10, 2025: Meet & Greet - Heart Meditation - Shared Breakfast

I warmly and freely invite you to spend Sunday in community, silence and connection.

We start with a gentle 'Meet & Greet',
transition into a guided 'Heart Chakra Meditation',
and finish the morning together with a shared breakfast.

📍  Haus Lebenskunst, Mehringdamm 34 (2nd yard, stair 4, 5th floor), 10961 Berlin-Kreuzberg
🕥 Door opening: from 10:15 am
🧘 Meditation: starts at 11:00 am
(Please bring comfortable, airy clothing - changing facilities and storage are available)
🍽️ Breakfast together: from approx. 12:15 pm
You bring what you like to eat yourself - and share it with the others.
Coffee, tea, milk and hot water are provided.

You are cordially invited - just as you are.

With an open heart, a growling stomach or just to be there.
