Stuttgart: Ecstatic Self-Love & Connection – An Introductory GAY-TANTRA Playshop for Men with Armin

What happens when you give your pleasure room to move?

Join me for a Sunday afternoon of movement, breath and playful exploration. How does it feel to express your desire freely while staying attentive to yourself and the men around you? What happens when you bring love and awareness to your sexual energy?

All men are welcome, whether you’re new to Tantra or already have experience with energy work or bodywork.

What you’ll explore

• Shake, loosen up and dance. Let tension soften and feel more at home in your body.
• Explore the power of breath. Notice how breathing can heighten sensation and how waves of pleasure can move through your body.
• Discover ecstatic self-love. Explore how breath, movement and self-touch can help you feel and express your sexual energy. During this guided practice, each man explores his own body while sharing the energy of the group.
• Open Temple Space. After the guided playshop, we’ll open the space for about 45 minutes. You can follow your curiosity into sensual touch or erotic connection with mutual consent, or take time to rest and let the experience settle. We’ll come together again for a closing circle.

What to bring

• A large bath towel
• A cotton or silk sarong to wear around your hips
• A blindfold
• A small contribution to our afternoon buffet, such as fruit, nuts or sweet or savoury finger food, and a non-alcoholic drink for yourself

The buffet will be available during breaks and throughout the Open Temple Space, so you can have a snack, take a breather or spend time together.

Frequently asked questions

Will I have to get naked?
We begin with a sarong around the hips. There will be nudity later in the afternoon. You choose whether to take off your sarong and how you want to participate.

What if I get an erection in front of others?
Arousal can come and go. Your body can respond in its own way, and you can pause whenever you like.

Will there be sexual contact?
In the guided ecstatic self-love practice, each man explores his own body. We share the experience through movement, breath, eye contact and sound. During the Open Temple Space, sensual or sexual encounters may arise. Every touch requires mutual consent, and anyone can change their mind at any time.
