As the supply of food into Gaza, the situation could not be more urgent. But we respond with togetherness and solidarity. All proceeds go to aid on the ground in Gaza, through the Gaza Sunbirds’ aid initiatives and Nour Kitchen for Gaza.

Nour is a Palestinian woman who shares her culture through Palestinian cooking workshops. Every dish she prepares carries history, resilience, and a deep connection to the land. Through Nour Kitchen, she introduces Palestinian cuisine to new audiences and uses food to build community. What started as a way to support her family in Gaza has grown into a movement that keeps Palestinian heritage alive, making it accessible and meaningful to people everywhere.

The Gaza Sunbirds are Palestine’s first para-cycling team, based in the Gaza Strip. In light of the ongoing genocide, our para-cycling team has reverted all its resources to providing community-led aid to Gaza. To date, our athletes and staff have distributed over $400,000 USD worth of aid.

Regardless of how bad the situation gets, we are determined to continue supporting our communities through these tough times. Our grassroots network prepares and distributes parcels of essentials to the communities around us.

Each ticket includes a five-course Palestinian set menu, with options for chicken or vegetarian main course – the iconic Palestinian makloubeh!
