WHAT IS THE GAFF?

The GAFF is not just another fitness event—it’s a battlefield for strength, endurance, and mental grit. This is where everyday athletes, lifters, and hybrid warriors come together to push limits, test performance, and leave everything on the floor.

THE CHALLENGES

🔥 HYBRID OPEN 

💥 A no-pressure, 'Hyrox'-style challenge open to all. No time limits, no stress—just you vs. the grind. (This event is an entry level to 'Hyrox', so its suitable for all abilities)
💪 Stations include sled pushes, skier, farmers carry, wall balls, rowing & more.
👊 Get hands-on coaching from expert PTs & physios before you go all in.

🔥 LIFTING CLUB 

🏋️‍♂️ Our classic GBHQ Lifting Club is back. A true test of raw strength.
⚡ Three epic challenges—deadlift, bench press, wall sit (plus some surprises).
🏆 Compete for the best weight lifted & max times.

🔥 HYBRID ATHLETE COMP

🥇 This is where things get serious. The main event.
⏳ Pre-registered athletes compete in a high-stakes Hybrid fitness challenge.
🎯 The fastest finishers take the podium, with 1st, 2nd & 3rd place prizes. [£500 cash prize]
