Join us for a fantastic day celebrating Deaf history, culture, community and identity.

Discover how Deaf life has changed through the generations through interactive displays, fascinating photographs, personal stories and evolving technology. Meet Deaf role models, hear inspiring guest speakers, and learn how sign language, education and technology have developed over the years.

This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with the wider Deaf community, meet older Deaf adults, swap stories, share memories and celebrate the rich history that has helped shape our community today. Whether you're reminiscing about school days, reconnecting with old friends, or learning something new, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.

Everyone is welcome and all ages are encouraged to attend. There will be something for everyone, from our youngest visitors right through to older generations. Children can enjoy fun and creative activities, colouring, crafts and a dedicated play area, while adults can explore the heritage displays, share memories and reconnect with friends old and new.

For children and families, there will also be interactive activities, videos, QR codes and hands-on opportunities to learn about Deaf history and culture in an exciting and engaging way.
