Free Afrikan & Kemetic Yoga Session 

In 2024, Sister Imami delivered a beautiful Afrikan yoga session that left the community feeling grounded, stretched, restored and deeply connected.

Now, two years later, she is back with another powerful session — and trust us, the body has been waiting. Some of our knees still remember the last one. 😄

Join us on Saturday 25th July 2026, 12:00–1:30pm, for a free Afrikan & Kemetic Yoga session in Finsbury Park, near the outdoor gym.

Led by Sister Imami of Akoma Heart from Ghana, this gathering will bring us together through breath, movement, posture, relaxation, cultural connection and community healing.

This session is also a fundraiser for MAG, helping us continue our work with boys, young men and families, while raising awareness around the powerful health benefits of yoga — physically, emotionally, socially and spiritually.
