Bring yourself, a date, or catch up with a friend in a lush private loft with a jungle-themed bar to quench your thirst. Or if you want to pick up your feet and give it a Swing, a lesson is included with your ticket, and our wide open wood dance floor awaits. And the AC is gooooood.

One final night left! June 30 is special Swing/Soul DJ night. Theme: wear ALL the colors.

Danny Jonokuchi & the Revisionists are "today’s premier swing band" (Broadway World) with "a classic swing sound you wouldn't think possible" (Syncopated Times). They were unanimously named the winners of the 2020 Count Basie Great American Swing Contest, and their infectious sound has been described as "smile-inducing" (Downbeat). Multi-talented bandleader Danny Jonokuchi has been called "a rising star" (All About Jazz) and "a sound of this era" (Nextbop). Known for his trumpet, vocals, and "well-crafted arrangements" (Jazz Weekly), he leads an all-star ensemble that "has dancers in mind start to finish" (Syncopated Times).

Brooklyn Swings is a great chill place to learn Swing & Blues dances. These are Black American Culture Dances: Lindy Hop was made popular in Harlem, NY, Blues dances started in the South and ALL are danced all over the world today. We have locations in Prospect Heights, Williamsburg and Gowanus at this very Gemini & Scorpio Loft. We've been going for about 13 years offering weekly classes, private lessons, wedding lessons, dance events and invited to many private events. Wanna dance? p.s. we're dancers not swingers.

G&S Loft is a private 5k sq ft party space, with lots of couches, vintage maximalist decor, and a jungle-themed bar. Lots of room to dance on the original wood floors, and plenty of seats for taking your breaks. Tall stage and powerful sound system ensure great sights and sounds, while the bar is always quiet enough for a chat.
