Join me for a truly special experience, an intimate gathering set amongst the trees at The Dell of Abernethy, where everything is cooked over flames and designed to bring people together.

My cooking is grounded in a deep commitment to seasonality, wood-fired cooking, and strong relationships with growers, alongside a nose-to-tail approach that honours each ingredient fully. Influenced by time spent at Quay and Fred’s in Sydney, and as former head chef of The Taybank, my work has evolved into a style rooted in storytelling, connection, and a genuine sense of community.

Now inspired by the Scottish landscape and its changing seasons, I focus on creating experiences that celebrate provenance, sustainability, and creativity, bringing people together through food that reflects place, care, and the rhythm of the land.

• Saturday 22nd  6.30PM SUPPER  – A thoughtfully crafted 3-course dinner, cooked over fire and shaped by the season’s best produce
• Sunday 23rd  11.30AM BRUNCH – A relaxed and nourishing brunch designed to be shared around the fire
