🚐 Shuttle Information & Terms

After purchase, members will receive shuttle instructions and pickup details via email. Please ensure that you arrive at the designated pickup location on time and have all personal belongings before departure. The shuttle will wait for up to 5 minutes before leaving. If a shuttle is requested and no passengers are present at the pickup location, the shuttle may depart. Shuttle service operates on a first come, first served basis, and wait times may occur during high-volume periods. Each shuttle has a maximum capacity of 7 passengers. Additional guests beyond this limit must reserve an additional shuttle based on transportation needs and availability. 

Members with a single-trip pass may request the shuttle to return one additional time if pickup is missed. Group pass holders may request up to two additional return trips. Once the maximum number of return requests has been reached, the shuttle pass will become void. Shuttles will only travel to approved pickup and drop-off locations. Drivers are unable to make personal, unscheduled, or unauthorized stops during service. By using the shuttle service, all passengers acknowledge that they ride at their own risk. The company and its team are not responsible for lost items, personal injury, delays, or damages of any kind.
