Perimenopause & Menopause
A 4 Week Educational Program
Thursdays October 22, 2026 to November 12, 2026
6:30 PM to 8:00PM
Understand what's changing. Learn what helps. Connect with others who understand.
Perimenopause and menopause are natural life transitions, yet many people experiencing it find themselves navigating this life phase with more questions than answers.
Changes in hormones can influence everything from sleep, mood, memory, energy, relationships, and work to the way we experience our bodies each day. Too often, these experiences are misunderstood, dismissed, or accepted as something we simply have to push through.
This four week educational program was created to provide clear, compassionate, and evidence-informed guidance for those navigating this stage of life.
Together, we'll explore the physical, emotional, cognitive, and social changes and lived experience that can accompany perimenopause and menopause while building practical strategies to support your health and well-being.
At Generations Collective, we believe understanding your body is empowering. When education is combined with community, curiosity, and practical tools, those who are in peri/menopause are better equipped to advocate for themselves, care for their health, and move through this transition with greater confidence.
What You'll Learn
Each week builds on the last, creating space to deepen your understanding while connecting what you're learning to your own experience.
Together, we'll explore topics including:
- Understanding the hormonal changes that occur during perimenopause and menopause
- Common symptoms and why they happen
- Sleep, stress, mood, anxiety, and emotional well-being
- Brain fog, memory, cognition, and mental clarity
- Nutrition, movement, and lifestyle strategies that support hormonal health
- Nervous system regulation and stress resilience
- Relationships, identity, sexuality, and navigating change
- Practical tools to support your health at home, at work, and in everyday life
- Building confidence in advocating for yourself within the healthcare system
Throughout the program, participants are encouraged to ask questions, share experiences, and learn alongside others in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to attend all four sessions?
Because each session builds on the previous week, we encourage participants to attend the full series whenever possible to get the greatest benefit from the program. (Recordings and Slides will be provided - but access will expire 1 week after the entire program concludes)
Is this a medical program?
No. This is an educational group program designed to provide evidence-informed information and practical tools. It does not replace individualized medical care or advice from your healthcare provider.
Can I ask questions during the sessions?
Absolutely. We encourage questions, discussion, and shared learning throughout the program while respecting each participant's comfort level and privacy.
Will I be expected to share personal experiences?
Not at all. While there will be opportunities for discussion and connection, participation is always voluntary. You're invited to engage in whatever way feels right for you.
What should I bring?
Just yourself and something to take notes if you'd like. We'll provide all learning materials, handouts, tea, and light refreshments.
Our Approach
At Generations Collective, we take a whole-person approach to health.
Rather than focusing on symptoms in isolation, we explore the many factors that influence well-being, including hormones, nervous system health, nutrition, movement, relationships, identity, stress, and the environments we live and work in.
Our goal is to create a welcoming space where education is practical, conversations are compassionate, and every participant leaves feeling more informed, supported, and confident in navigating this stage of life.
Land Acknowledgement
We acknowledge that we are on the traditional lands of the Anishinaabek and Haudenosaunee peoples, including the Mohawk, Cayuga, Onondaga, Seneca, Oneida, and Tuscarora, as well as the Lenape (Delaware).
We honour this land not as something we own, but as something we are in relationship with. With gratitude for Earth Mother, the waters, and the air we breathe, we recognize our responsibility to care for, honour, and respect all living beings.
