Santa's Grotto Conwy

🎄 The Magic of Christmas Has Arrived in Conwy! 🎄

Introducing the Santa Claus Regional Office Conwy—a premium, immersive Santa’s Grotto experience unlike any other.

Say goodbye to long queues and rushed visits. We believe the magic of Christmas deserves time, which is why we offer private, 25 minute slots dedicated exclusively to one family at a time.

Your children will step into a truly personal festive world where they will:

✨ Meet Santa and his two cheerful chief elves, Barnaby and Bella.
✨ Sit down with Santa for a one-on-one chat.
✨ See him lookup their names on the official 'Naughty or Nice' list.
✨ Snuggle up and listen closely as Santa reads them a magical Christmas story.

🎁 Receive a wonderful, premium present, as well as keep sakes and a Tasty Treat from our friends at Mr Holt's Chocolate Factory to take home (Worth £25.00). Give your children a truly unforgettable, immersive experience this festive season. Slots are strictly limited to ensure the highest quality experience for every single family.

We ask a maximum of 2 adults per slot due to space

You are welcome to take as many pictures as you like during your visit.

🎅 A Note from Santa’s Elves
To ensure every family gets their full 25 minutes of festive magic with Santa, please arrive promptly for your booked slot. Because the reindeer schedule is tight, all sessions must start and finish exactly on time. If you happen to arrive late, we will unfortunately only be able to offer you the remaining time left in your specific 25-minute slot so that the next family doesn’t miss out. Thank you for helping us keep the magic running smoothly for everyone! 🎄
