Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is often recognized as one of the most evidence based approaches for a variety of mental health concerns. But for many clinicians, understanding of how to apply CBT principles and interventions systemically, remains illusive. In this webinar, we will explore the key components of how CBT has evolved into a therapeutic modality that is ideal for use with individuals, partners, and families.

- Apply CBT interventions in work with individuals, couples, and families in a systemic approach.
- Recognize contraindications and diversity elements, which may effect CBT treatment planning and approaches.

Jeremy Smith is a research neuroscientist currently transitioning to a career as a Marriage and Family Therapist. He obtained his PhD from Michigan State University in 2008 and has specialized in clinical, molecular, and systems neuroscience for the past seventeen years.
