Dance in the dark under the disco lights, release your inhibitions, and love yourself loudly.

This Sober Saturday offering is 2 hours of movement, music, and medicine for the soul.

This is your call to shake and shimmy your way to loving liberation!

It's valentines weekend and the moon with be beaming in loving Libra- what better time to let your love light shine than this!

As an embodied dance facilitator there will be invitations along the way to connect deeper with your heart light.

Equally this is a party night on the razz with no hangover waiting on the other side.

There will be the opportunity for both solo and shared dance space throughout the night.

We're swapping the booze for mama cacao and falling in love with ourselves and eachother.

I can't wait to share the magical medicine of moving and grooving with you all.
