In this webinar, safety experts from GIRI and CROSS-UK will look at how safety reporting can contribute to a zero error culture. They will also share examples of CROSS Safety Reports, how lessons learned are shared and how this aligns with GIRI's mission to improve productivity, quality, safety and sustainability by eliminating error.
We will look at examples of CROSS Safety Alerts, including Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC), and explore how the whole sector can become involved and contribute.
