Description
A wellbeing group for adults in the grounds of East Riddlesden Hall to reduce stress and feel more positive. Activities such as natural crafts, nature walks, fire lighting, campfire cooking, clay art, and whittling will be incorporated. There are some steep hills in the park. No dogs or children please.
You are welcome to meet us at the hall, or join group leader Sue on the bus from Keighley Bus Station, please find below the timings Sue will be taking, and other bus timetables for the area.
The Shuttle 662 bus runs every 10mins in both directions. The timings given here are the buses that your group leader will be using. If you need to get a different bus visit www.transdevbus.co.uk to find a suitable route.

- 21st of February will be a Walk and Nature Based Activity
- 28th of February will a visit to East Riddlesden and Gardens
- 6th of March will be a guided tour around the hall with Emily, from the National Trust. Places must be booked to ensure entry to the hall.
This is a child-free and dog-free session to allow relaxation for all participants. Please switch your mobile phone to silent at the beginning of the event and avoid making and receiving calls during the session.
The group will be run by:
Sue Barker from Get Out More, a social enterprise on a mission to help people engage with nature to feel better in mind and body. Sue is a qualified forest school leader.
Free event but places must be booked in advance. If the group is full, please add your name to the waiting list.
