HAF Summer Holiday Club (ages 5-14)
As part of the HAF programme, Get Out More will be running a FREE Summer Holiday Club at The New Keith Thompson Centre in Keighley for children on means-tested free school meals, between the ages of 5-14.
We will have lots of great activities, including campfire cooking, den building, Hapa Zome leaf art, archery, arts & crafts and other nature-based activities.
A choice of hot meal or sandwiches will be provided, along with healthy snacks and drinks throughout the session, so there is no need to send your children with a packed lunch.
Full details will be sent to you (once eligibility is confirmed) via a confirmation email.
Sessions will be staffed by Qualified Forest School Practitioners, all with enhanced DBS certificates and First Aid Training.
This session is part of the HAF Summer 2026 programme funded by Bradford Council and the Department for Education.
Key booking information:
- If your child needs additional support please contact us prior to booking. We aim to be inclusive and will endeavour to get additional staff or volunteers to support, so we have appropriate ratios. However we need to know in advance, so please ring to discuss your child's needs with us before booking.
- If places are fully booked, please join the waitlist and we will contact you if places become available.
- Children must be in receipt of means-tested free school meals and registered with Bradford Council. Eligibility will need to be checked before we can confirm participation.
- Please only complete a booking for children who live in your household. Friends/other relatives must book separately to provide the information needed for the eligibility checks.
- As these places are limited, if you book a place and then are no longer able to attend, you must give us at least 48 hours' notice.
Failing to do this will mean we will unfortunately have to consider cancelling any future places.
