Wellbeing Wednesdays: Parks around Keighley
A wellbeing group for adults in Cliffe Castle Park to reduce stress and feel more positive. Activities such as natural crafts, nature walks, mindfulness activities, campfire cooking, clay art, and whittling may be incorporated.
The session will run from 1pm until 3pm, meeting outside the café at Cliffe Castle unless stipulated otherwise.
This is a child-free and dog-free session to allow relaxation for all participants. Please switch your mobile phone to silent at the beginning of the event and avoid making and receiving calls during the session. There are some steep hills in the park, but paths are smooth for mobility aids.

The group will be run by Sue Barker from Get Out More, along side a number of specialist practitioners.

Free event but places must be booked in advance. If the group is full, please add your name to the waiting list.
