Competition for corporate business partnerships and sustainable funding is more challenging than ever - so how do you stand out in the noise?

This interactive course is designed to help you understand what businesses are truly looking for, so you can attract their attention and use your time more efficiently. By taking a more strategic approach to targeting, identifying, and forming business partnerships, you'll gain the skills to build meaningful, lasting collaborations. Through our Winning Corporate Partnerships course, you'll learn a proven, relationship-first strategy that puts purpose and mutual benefit at the heart of every partnership.

Many registered charities, social enterprises, and public sector organisations take a scattergun approach — sending cold donation requests to multiple companies with little focus or planning. This outdated method rarely leads to long-term growth or sustainability. To attract and retain corporate partners effectively, organisations must shift toward partnerships that align with the goals and values of the businesses they engage with. Companies today are increasingly looking for purposeful and mutually beneficial collaborations that support their ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), social value, impact, and community engagement objectives.

The good news? We’ll guide you through our proven 8-step methodology to bring structure, clarity, and direction to your fundraising and corporate partnership efforts and strategy — positioning you as a credible partner businesses want to work with.

Why this matters

Building influential relationships with corporate partners can:

  • Diversify your income and resources
  • Boost your credibility
  • Increase your organisation’s profile
  • Expand your reach and networks
  • Make a greater impact in your community
  • Support operational sustainability
