Get up & Dance Friday mornings at 9am

If you enjoy the experience of dancing to disco music and want to start your mornings in a happy and healthy way join us weekly at Get up & Dance. Get Up & Dance bring movements, joy and positivity through the sounds of music and silent disco headphones. 

Dance leader is artist and performer Angie Porter introducing easy organic dance moves at the beautiful Grow Slow Farm Shop and Nursery.

There will be a variety of music but with broad appeal from Motown, Disco, Pop and Rock. 

Coffee and Tea will be available afterwards for people to chat and socialise if they choose.
