GGBY Ticket Refund Policy

We understand that life is unpredictable, and sometimes plans change! Our refund policy helps us preserve

• Money: Third-party ticketing platforms (Stripe and Ticket Tailor) do not refund their booking fees when a ticket is refunded
• Volunteer Time: Our team is run by volunteers, and processing refunds distracts us from organizing a great festival.
• Financial Stability: Predictable revenue is essential for covering our fixed costs and making sure the event runs smoothly.

Refund Timelines

More than a month before the event (requested before October 23, 2025, at 11:00 AM)

If you request a refund before this deadline, we will issue a refund minus the non-refundable booking fees.

Within a month of the event (requested after October 23, 2025, at 11:00 AM)

No refunds will be issued. Your only option is to resell your ticket privately and send us the new buyer’s contact information. We’ll void your ticket and issue a voucher for the new buyer to complete their purchase.
