With the upcoming changes to Girlguiding annual membership, it is more important than ever to have a clear and well-planned budget in place. It is also one of your responsibilities as a trustee under the Charity Commission law.

To support unit volunteers , we would like to offer a session to walk through the budgeting process, share the budgeting spreadsheet, and answer any budget or accounts related questions.

To help us make the session as useful as possible, we encourage attendees to submit their questions in advance so we can ensure key topics are covered, there will be a box on the sign up page to submit them. There will also be an opportunity to ask additional questions during the session. We hope this will provide practical guidance and help units plan confidently for the year ahead.
