Ghingo

Ghingo is a nickname given to someone who is on the path toward health and wellbeing.

Ghingo has been created out of love for life, connection and understanding by Sebastian McCheyne and Francesca Danti.

Fra is a circus teacher specialising in aerial. She also teaches drums and Italian. After touring for several years in Italy, she moved to England to complete a 3 year course in circus at Circomedia, Bristol.
