Warmley clock tower is a former pin factory and was built in 1743 as part of William Champion’s Warmley Brass Works. Working conditions within the factory would of been harsh for men, women and children.
This impressive three storey building is built of rubble with black slag quoins. The main part of the building has a hipped pantiled roof.
The actual tower is set forward and has a saddleback gabled pantile roof and also slag quoins which may have been formerly components from an annealing oven.
This listed building now serves as a community centre.

Working conditions would of been harsh during its time as a factory which would of resulted in many people being mistreated and ‘worked to death’. Are these very souls responsible for the reported hauntings of Warmley Clock Tower in this present day?
