After- Hours Photoshoot Location at Gilcrease Orchard

Booking is for Location Only. We do not provide photographers.

Select Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays

Timeslot Rates: $100 per 1 hour (access to Orchard only). $200 for 2 hours.

• If you go past the designated time, we reserve the right to charge $25 per 15 minutes.
• Include any set up or tear down time within the booking time.
• Timeslots are based on seasons and staff availability.
• Produce picking and other orchard activities are not available during your timeslot.
• 2 hour bookings (mini session / multiple families) will start at the earlier timeslot only.

Photographers:

• Book the photoshoot timeslot before committing to clients as availability is seasonal. Ensure orchard staff are available prior to booking with clients.
• Mini sessions/multiple families you MUST book a minimum of 2 hours. 2 hour bookings will only be at the earlier timeslot.
• 2 hour bookings (mini session / multiple families) will start at the earlier timeslot only.

Cancellation Policy: You must let Gilcrease Orchard staff know of your cancellation more than 72 hours for a full refund. Less than 72 hours, we can reschedule based on availability, but a refund will not be issued. If inclement weather occurs, we can reschedule.

Not allowed on property: Drones, Pets (ADA recognized service animals welcome), or Large Props.
We cannot guarantee blooms of any flower due to weather conditions.

Bees may be active and ask all to stay away from bee hives (clearly marked).
