Celebrate the holidays with family and friends at Gilcrease Orchard! Join us for a festive evening wagon ride through the Orchard trees where thousands of sparking lights and holiday decorations will fill you with Christmas cheer. Enjoy hot cider, apple cider donuts and seasonal treats at our concessions. Don't forget to visit with Santa and get your family holiday photos!

Ticket Price $5 per person plus transaction fees:

• 1 ticket per person. Children 5 years old and under are free! No ticket is required for ages 5 and under.
• The ticket time is for entry into the event. Please arrive within 15 minutes of your ticket time. 
• There is no allotted exit time. The event ends at 8:30pm. If you arrive later than your ticket time, you may be denied entry.
• 8:00pm tickets will have 30 mins to enjoy the event. This event ends and closes at 8:30pm.
• Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. 

Included with each ticket is:

• Entrance for 1 person to Gilcrease Orchard.
• A visit with our special Gilcrease Orchard Santa. Please note that your ticket entry time is the time you are scheduled to enter the event, NOT the specific time for your visit with Santa. Bring your own camera for holiday photos! No professional photographer will be on site. 
• Write Santa a special letter and place it in the North Pole mailbox.
• Beautiful photo opportunities in our holiday settings.
• Enjoy a holiday Wagon Ride around the Orchard and through magical Christmas light display.
• Christmas live music from 5:00pm - 8:00pm.
• Enjoy sitting at our Warm Bonfire.
• Farm & Merchandise Stand with varying items like: jams, sweet treats, gifts, and more!
• * Above activities may adjust or not be in operation at any time.*

Not Included:

• Produce and concessions are additional costs.
• Christmas goodies, gift baskets, merchandise and homemade gifts from Gilcrease Orchard are also additional cost .

Be Prepared:

• Due to the event being held in the evening, please stay in designated lite up areas.  
• Walking through areas of unlevel ground.
• Dress warm and wear sturdy closed toed shoes as the event is located outdoors.

Pet Policy:
For food safety purposes, pets are not allowed at the orchard. We allow ADA approved service animals that have been trained to perform specific tasks for their owners. The ADA does not recognize emotional support animals in this category.
