Easter Egg Hunt at Gilcrease Orchard

TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT.  No walk in tickets will be sold on site. 

Join us for an exciting Easter Egg Hunt at Gilcrease Orchard! Bring your friends and family to search for colorful eggs, visit our face painting booth, pick Ranunculus flowers, and meet the Easter Bunny for beautiful photos. Don't miss this festive spring time celebration!

Ticket information:

1. $8 per person plus transaction fees.
2. Children 2 years old and under are free. However, all parents or chaperones must purchase a ticket to enter the field. 
   
3. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
4. The event is scheduled for two-time blocks, 7am-9am and 10am-12pm. 
5. Arrive within 15 minutes of your ticket time. If you arrive later than your ticket time, you may be denied entry.
6. Guests with tickets are welcome to stay on the field as long as you like until we close the field at 9am (for the first session) and 12pm (for the second session).
7. The field will be CLOSED to attendees from 9am-10am for the staff to reset the field.
8. Tickets at 8:15AM and at 11:15AM will have 45 mins on the field.

Event Highlights: 

1. Easter Egg Hunt: Discover colorful eggs hidden among our garlic crop and ranunculus flowers.
2. Meet the Easter Bunny: Bring your camera for photos with the Easter Bunny; no photographers will be on site.
3. Face Painting: Face painting will be offered throughout the event on a first come, first served basis.
4. Photo Opportunity: Capture moments with stunning farm backdrops.
5. Gift Bag for Attendees: Regardless of the number of eggs found, attendees will receive a special gift bag.

Egg Hunt Information:

1. Feel free to use your own easter basket, but baskets can be provided for attendees to use.
2. Ticket- holding parents or chaperones may give a basket to children 2 and under to participate in the hunt. 
3. Easter eggs in the field are empty and are meant to be turned in with borrowed basket to staff in exchange for a gift bag.
4. After an attendee finds 15 eggs, please enjoy the other activities and head to the staff tent to receive your gift bag.
5. Regardless of the number of eggs an attendee finds, prizes are fair and equal that every attendee will receive a gift bag.

Additional Information:

1. Flowers are an additional charge of $1 per flower. Please do not pick the garlic crop.
2. The event area is located on the East side of the main parking lot.
3. This is an outdoor event, please dress appropriate for the weather and be cautious of unleveled ground.
4. Wear closed-toe shoes, a hat, and bring water.
5. There is no entrance fee to enter the main Orchard. The Orchard is open from 7am-12pm for this event.
6. Food and Drinks: Available at an additional charge at the Concessions area. Enjoy our delicious Strawberry and Carrot Cake Donuts, breakfast items, and drinks.

EVENT POLICIES:
