Christmas with the Giovanni Consort

Perth’s St. Mary’s Cathedral will be shining as bright as the Star of Bethlehem for a one night only performance of Christmas with the Giovanni Consort. Perth’s finest young singers will be presenting an evening of glorious Christmas music, reimagined and given new life by West Australian composers Perry Joyce, Lydia Gardiner, and Joshua Adams. Partnering with the choir on the Cathedral’s mammoth pipe organ will be internationally renowned musician and “Australia’s Wunderkind Organist” (ABC TV) Alessandro Pittorino. Conducting the whole program will be Perth musical legend Hugh Lydon. To cap the whole event off, the Cathedral will be spectacularly bathed in light by the incredible team at GSD productions.

This magical concert will be performed at St Mary’s Cathedral on Friday December 11, commencing at 7.30pm. There is ample parking available at the City of Perth car park located next to the Westin Hotel.
