Feel Good Fitness with Fiona!
Feel Good Fitness with Fiona!
A holistic fitness session to boost your mind, body and soul.
Join Fiona for a genuinely uplifting fitness session like no other! She takes bringing joy to the masses very seriously.
Designed for all fitness levels and abilities, this session is all about grounding and movement, ending with a euphoric dance session.
This is a holistic fitness session to boost your mind, body and soul, exploring the mind-body connection, working with the vagus nerve to reduce stress and help us feel pure joy.
Having completed a course about the vagus nerve, Fiona is excited to share her Feel Good findings!
The vagus nerve (part of the autonomic nervous system) regulates the body’s basic functions and helps us find relief from stress.
Fiona will be leading a movement session with simple exercises to regulate emotions, and help you feel more peacefulness in the present.
You’ll be adding new moves to your mood-boosting toolkit, as Fiona helps you move from fight, flight, freeze or fawn, to the desired FLOW like state.
Fiona says “We will be working out together, to have the best time ever, bringing new meaning to the idea of finding your flow!”
The session will include lots of movement, and dancing to absolute bangers at the end, so wear comfy clothes, and bring your dancing shoes!
The session will include lots of movement (so wear comfy clothes), working in pairs, taking up space, the process of making exercise fun, and then dancing in unison to absolute bangers at the end.

Why do we ask identity questions?
We want to make our events as inclusive as possible and we often get questions from people who for whatever reason say ‘I really want to come but I am nervous, will I be the odd one out?’ Whilst we will always strive to do our best to make everyone feel welcome, it is useful to know a little more about who our audience is for each event so we can be honest in our responses to any queries. It also helps us tailor events for the people attending and identify who we aren’t currently reaching with our work.
This data really helps us, please answer any questions you feel comfortable with. If you do not want to share this information, please leave it blank. More information can be found on our Privacy Policy.
