Bend and Stretch is a gentle, all abilities yoga based class designed to connect you to your body, calm you down and focus your energy.

Emma (@thorlby_yoga) is a yoga teacher based in Ancoats, Manchester. Although currently unable to reach her students physically, she believes many people may need yoga, movement & meditation now more than ever & is keen to deliver it to you, from her living room to yours!

This is the final of our weekly hour long Vinyassa flow sessions on Tuesday evenings from 6-7pm.Y

We are using a triple tiered ticketing system as follows:

Unwaged/Key worker discount: £3/

Standard: £5

Solidarity: £8/

As freelance artists and producers who make our living from live events and projects that bring people together, many of us have lost our entire income stream overnight. We understand these are trying financial times for many, but please use the tiered system honestly to pay what you feel comfortable and can afford to do so.

We love to know who's in our gang! When people book tickets with us we ask some identity related questions so we can see who is attending our events. Knowing about all our differences and similarities helps us feel more informed when striving to create events and content which is more relevant to our audience. Collecting data serves a few functions for us:
1: We can keep an eye on who's in the room to brief facilitators if anyone has additional requirements or to ensure the session they are planning is relevant.
2: So we can be aware of underrepresentation and try to counter balance this where possible, (resources dependent as we are volunteer led.)

3: We can potentially use the data for future funding bids, which are some times catered to specific area's and/or audiences
